Power To Use Stream, River Or Pond Water
Any person may use
the water of a stream, river or pond, which is originated from, flows
through or situated in, the land of another person for the purpose of
irrigation and drinking, after the use of such water by the concerned
owner.
Provided that in making such use, the adjoining neighbor
shall have priority.
